In this scientific advisory report on public health policy, the Superior Health Council of Belgium provides an updated risk assessment for electronic cigarettes (with or without nicotine) for smokers, non-smokers and vapers. This report aims at providing politicians, public health authorities, healthcare providers, teachers, youngsters, smokers and vapers with specific recommendations on the toxicity and safety of electronic cigarettes (vs. traditional tobacco cigarettes)
